Ah, the perennial question that's on everyone's minds: How to lose weight? Most people are looking for a quick fix, a pill that you can pop and have the pounds just melt off. It's an appealing thought, isn't it? There may be some quick fixes like this. But the weight will always come back on--sometimes more! Weight loss that STAYS off involves taking a deeper look at not only WHAT you eat, but WHY and HOW. How to lose weight really boils down to one thing: balance. Unlike every other weight loss program, my solutions provide a holistic approach to weight loss. That is, they address the needs of the WHOLE you: your body, mind, and spirit. Step 1: RELAX. Seriously! More and more research is proving that our stress-filled lives are making us fat. You've probably heard of the stress-cortisol-weight gain connection, but it goes far beyond that. I know that relaxing is easier said than done, but I'll teach you about some revolutionary tools that will make it easy.
Step 2: Be a Sensual Eater. No, this doesn't mean having sex while you're eating (although that could be interesting...). I mean learning to use all of your senses while you eat, and while you prepare your food. There's hard science to back this up. It works, plain and simple.

Step 3: Move that body! Especially if you don't move much, it doesn't really matter HOW you move, just move--but do things that you ENJOY. For example, I really enjoy dancing. If you do, too, turn on that disco, R&B--whatever turns your crank--and shake it! If you enjoy it, you're much more likely to stick with it.
