I can relate. There are SO many diets out there, and each new diet for weight loss seems to contradict some other diet.




















"Eat meat...don't eat meat. Eat dairy...don't eat dairy. Grains are good...grains are bad."

You're left wondering, WHAT exactly should I eat?

What IS the best diet for weight loss?

You've come to the right place.

You'll find guidance on a safe, healthy diet and the diet and weightloss tools that you need for success. (Note that this applies only to a weight loss diet for adult, not children or teens, who have special needs).

I've tried most of the diets on the market, including:

Marilu Henner's Total Health Makeover
Ann-Louise Gittleman's The Fat Flush Plan
Shelley Summers' Creating Heaven through Your Plate
Jordan Rubin's The Maker's Diet
Joseph Mercola's Total Health Plan

Many of their principles are very sound, but none worked quite right for me, and some made me downright sick.

They were missing something: the "soul", the sheer enjoyment, of eating. When we feel like we're depriving ourselves, we're certainly not going to stick with it. We may lose weight initially, but it will come back.

Why?

Because everyone wants to FEEL GOOD, and "bad" foods make us feel good. So we just fall back into our old habits to give ourselves this pleasure, this "reward". And we gain all of our weight back--and then some. Then we FEEL BAD. It's a vicious cycle. It's no way to live!

The diet for weight loss discussed here includes some very unique "ingredients" that ensure that you experience PLEASURE, which is essential to sticking to any diet. Remember, though, that no diet is right for everyone. Every body is different, literally.

So...here's my recommended diet for weight loss.

Let's keep it simple. Here are the basic principles, along with several diet and weightloss tools for success:

1. Eliminate most (if not all) all grains and sugars*. Use healthy noncaloric sweeteners.

2. Eat LOTS of vegetables, and juice frequently. (Don't like vegetables, and don't want to take the time to juice? Here's a fantastic option.)

3. Replace "bad" fats with "good" fats (including high-quality fish and meats).

4. Increase your intake of filtered or spring water and fiber.

5. Include certain foods, plus herbs and spices that increase weight loss.

6. Start your diet for weight loss with a 7 day detox.


And here are the most enjoyable--and most important--parts of our diet for weight loss: RELAX, become a Sensual Eater and make every meal a special event!

You may be thinking..."this is a low carb diet!" Yes, it is, but much better. This isn't an Atkins-style low carb diet, laden with unhealthy meats, fats, artificial sweeteners and processed foods--nor does it have extremes of protein and fat, and carbs.

Most low carb diets and products do more harm than good in the long run. Low carb diets can be effective, but you'll feel sick while you're on it, and once you go "off it", you'll gain back all of the weight you lost, and then some. Not with our diet and weightloss tools.

But the basic premise of low carb diets DOES work. New research shows that a low carb diet is very effective for weight loss and keeping the weight off. Our diet for weight loss includes quick, easy, sensual recipes that will make this diet a breeze. And your weight loss will be permanent.
